Refund policy

OUR POLICY

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on our products.

All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase/receiving the product.

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original packaging, tags and accessories. 

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit. 

Items that are damaged or soiled are not accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase/receiving the product.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

DISCLOSURE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All shipping cost, taxes and import duty related to returns or exchanges products will be at the customer's expense.

The store reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion and in specific cases.
