What are your local delivery rates within Puerto Rico?

A local delivery rate of $30.00 includes the municipalities of: Bayamón, Carolina, Cataño, Guaynabo, San Juan, and Trujillo Alto with a minimum order of $200.00.
A local delivery rate of $40.00 includes the municipalities of: Canovanas, Loíza, Río Grande, Juncos, Las Piedras, Gurabo, San Lorenzo, Caguas, Aguas Buenas, Comerio, Naranjito, Toa Baja, Toa Alta, Dorado, Vega Alta, Vega Baja, and Corozal with a minimum order of $200.00.
A local delivery rate of $55.00 includes the municipalities of: Luquillo, Fajardo, Ceiba, Naguabo, Humacao, Yabucoa, Maunabo, Patillas, Arroyo Guayama, Cayey, Cidra, Aibonito, Salinas, Santa Isabel, Coamo, Barranquitas, Juana Díaz, Villalba, Orocovis, Ciales, Morovis, Manatí, and Barceloneta with a minimum order of $200.00.
A local delivery rate of $70.00 includes the rest of the west municipalities not mentioned above with a minimum order of $200.00.

How long will shipping take within the U.S. and Puerto Rico?

Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 5-10 business days but please note there may be delays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

How long will delivery take within Puerto Rico?

To arrange the delivery of your purchase, a Sales Associate will contact you by phone or email within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been placed and processed.

What are your shipping rates for international shipping?

We don't ship outside the US territories.

Any damage, loss, or delivery delay of the merchandise will be subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping entity.

Claims and Dispute Resolution: In the event of damage, loss, or delivery delay of the merchandise, customers must file a claim directly with the respective shipping entity in accordance with their procedures and deadlines. Nala's Pet Boutique will cooperate to the extent possible to facilitate the resolution of any dispute but does not assume responsibility for the outcome of such claims.

Shipping Insurance: Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase additional shipping insurance if they wish to protect themselves against damages, losses, or theft during transportation. Nala's Pet Boutique does not provide shipping insurance and is not responsible for the lack of insurance by the customer.

Proper Packaging: Nala's Pet Boutique ensures that the merchandise is properly packed and protected for transportation following our quality control policy.
