2. Build Your Pet's Profile
Add the information you want caregivers or finders to know, including:

3. Attach the Tag
Secure the Classic Tag to your pet’s collar using the appropriate attachment ring.
4. Scan When Needed
Anyone who finds your pet can scan the QR code using a compatible smartphone camera. They do not need to download the Tailr app to access the information you have chosen to make available.
5. Get Notified
When your pet’s tag is scanned, Tailr can notify you and provide scan information to help you reconnect with your pet.
Lost Pet Support
If your pet becomes lost, Tailr provides more than basic contact identification.
Once a person scans your pet’s QR code, they can access the contact information you have chosen to share. Tailr can also send you a notification associated with the scan and maintain a scanning history that includes the date, time, and available location information.
Pet parents can also mark a pet as missing through their Tailr profile.
Important: Tailr is a QR-code identification and recovery system. The Classic Tag does not provide continuous GPS tracking. Location information is associated with QR-code scans.
